Obituary EAST PEORIA-Harold J. Naumann, 91, of East Peoria, IL, formerly of Sunnyland, died at 6:56 am, Sunday, August 21, 2011 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center emergency room in Peoria. Born on April 8, 1920 in Green Bay, WI to Frederick and Rose Hurckman Naumann, he married Gertrude "Gertie" Sadlowski on July 31, 1955 in Peoria. She preceded him in death on February 2, 1995. Surviving are 1 son, Joe (Judy) Naumann, granddaughter, Marie Morris, and great-grandson, Hayden Ralph all of Peoria, grandsons, Brian (Ashley) Anderson of Cumming, GA, Brett (Katie) Anderson of Norcross, GA, Bobby Anderson of Chicago, IL, great-grandchildren, Bridget, Braxton, and Aubrey Anderson, 1 sister, Geraldine Albrecht of Green Bay, WI, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, 1 brother, and 1 sister. Harold retired from Komatsu on April 1st 1983, after 42 years of service in the tool crib in Peoria. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Washington for over 50 years. Harold was a World War II veteran who received 2 Bronze Stars and a life member of DAV as well as Past Commander DAV Chapter #1 in Peoria in 1960. He was a past member of the Boilermaker Union #158. Harold was an avid Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers fan and also enjoyed ballroom dancing at the Itoo Club and Fondulac Park District in East Peoria. A funeral mass will be at 10 am Thursday, August 25, 2011 at St. Patrick Church in Washington. Father Thomas Taylor will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington, where recitation of the rosary will be at 6:45. Additional visitation will be hour prior to mass at the church. Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery in Washington. Visitation AUG 25. 09:30 AM - 10:00 AM St. Patrick Catholic Church 705 E.
