Obituary Geraldine J. "Gerry" Kelly, 92 of Streamwood, formerly of East Peoria, passed away at 8:10am Monday, April 3, 2017 at Brookdale Hoffman Estates in Hoffman Estates. She was born September 14, 1924 to the late Beatrice and Victor Inskeep. She first married Willard W. Payne, Sr., who preceded her in death. She later married Kenneth Shobe, who also preceded her; she then married the late James Kelly. She is survived by a daughter-in-law; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and four nephews. She was also preceded in death by her son, Willard W. Payne, Jr.; two brothers; and one sister. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Monica Catholic Church in East Peoria. Private family services and entombment were at Resurrection Cemetery and Mausoleum in Peoria. Arrangements were handled by Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
