Obituary EAST PEORIA- Gerald G. Paul, 84, of East Peoria, died at 6:55p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born on July 6, 1922 in Peoria, a son of John and Blanche Powers Paul. He married Eileen Wadham on February 6, 1946 in Peoria. She survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Christine Hultquist of Lisle, Illinois; Kathy (and Kevin) Johnson of Creve Coeur, Illinois; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister. He was a US Air Force Veteran, serving during World War II. Gerald worked at Caterpillar, Inc. in Mossville for 38 years before retiring in 1985. He was an avid bowler. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at Deiters Funeral Home in East Peoria, where visitation will be one hour before services. Pastor Joe Weyer will officiate.
