Obituary Frederick H. Rotermund, 74, of East Peoria, passed away at 3:18 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born June 9, 1942 in Eau Claire, WI to Frederick A. and Doris A. Goodlick Rotermund. He married Darlene Horn on Nov. 3, 1962 in East Peoria. She survives. Also surviving are 7 children, Frederick Jr., Janet, Rochelle, Diane, Heidi, Jill and Jeremy; numerous grandchildren, and his sister, Ruth. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Cathy. Frederick worked at Caterpillar Inc. retiring in 2008. Cremation has been accorded. Private services will be held. Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in East Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
