Obituary Washington - Ethel M. Rich, 90, of Washington died at 1:43 AM on Thursday May 10, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born to Charles A. and Rebecca Borden McDonald on October 19, 1921 in Centralia, IL. She married J. Perry Rich on November 29, 1976 in Morton, IL. He preceded her in death on September 10, 1981. She was also preceded in death by three sisters and six brothers. Ethel is survived by one brother; William Russell McDonald of Pekin, IL and nine nieces and nephews around the country. She was a member of Bayview Baptist Church where memorial contributions may be made. She worked many years for Chicago Title and Trust Company in Peoria and ten years as a reservationist the Ramada Inn in Peoria. There will be a memorial service for Ethel on Thursday May 17, 2012 at 10 AM at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. Pastor Brett Bedwell will officiate. Cremation has been accorded. Burial of cremains will be in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
