Obituary Morton- Ernie Harrison Jr., 44, formerly of East Peoria, died at 6:20 AM on Monday, October 27, 2008 at his residence. Ernie was born in Peoria on February 28, 1964 to Ernest Sr. and Joanne (Faylor) Harrison. They survive. Other survivors include his two daughters Ashley Lynn and Taylor Elizabeth Harrison and their mother, Christine Harrison of East Peoria; four sisters Karen (Robert) Mueller of East Peoria, Diane (Ron) Huffman of California, Terri Harrison (Dick Bashusen) of East Peoria, and Wendy (Roger) Reiner of Mt. Prospect, IL; one brother Chris (Vanessa) Harrison of Chicago; special friend Bunny Knollenberg and her children Laura and Nick of Morton; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Ernie was a black iron worker at Caterpillar and had previously also worked at Midwest Vinyl, Easter Seals, and PARC, all in Peoria. He was a member of Hilton Lodge #1143 in East Peoria, UAW Local #974, and First English Lutheran Church in Peoria. He loved hunting and fishing, Jeeps, mudding, and his two dogs Sydney and Casey. A service to celebrate the life of Ernie Harrison Jr. will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Deiters Funeral Home in East Peoria with visitation held prior from 11-1 PM. Rev.
