Obituary WASHINGTON - Erma Jean Brashers, 74, of 204 E. Bittersweet Rd., Washington, IL, died Saturday, June 10, 2006 at Riverview Retirement Center in East Peoria, IL. Born on November 24, 1931 in Polk County, MO to Willard and Vircy McDaniel Ragsdale, she married Roy Lee Brashers on December 4, 1949 in Tunas, MO. He survives. Also surviving are 1 son Michael Lee (Beth) Brashers, 1 daughter, Debbie (Mike) Hargis, and 1 daughter-in-law, Becky Brashers, all of Washington, IL, 7 Grandchildren, Kim (Matt) Anderson, Steve (Amanda) Hargis, Brandon Hargis, Tammy (Mark) Stone, Heidi (Eric) LeCrone, Linda Brashers, and Justin Brashers, 8 Great-Grandchildren,1 sister, Viola Mae (Pruitt) Miller of Buffalo, MO and 1 brother, Don Lee (Lilly) Ragsdale of Springfield, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son, Jim Brashers, and 1 brother. She was a member of Roland Manor Baptist Church in Washington. Services will be at 10 am Wednesday June 14, 2006 at Deiters Funeral Home in Washington. Pastor Steve Hardin will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria, IL.
