Obituary Morton-Dorothy Lena Patterson, 86, of Morton, died at 8:37 PM Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Rosewood Care Center in East Peoria, IL. She was born October 30, 1924 in Oakland, CA to Anton and Faye (Stephenson) Van Geelan. She married Edward R. Patterson November 22, 1951 in East Peoria. He survives. Dorothy is also survived by her daughter, Theresa (Bud) Towne of East Moline, IL; 2 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. She was a homemaker who loved her family and will be missed. Cremation will be accorded by Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in East Peoria.
