Obituary Donna J. Stegmaier, 86, of East Peoria, passed away peacefully at her home at 2:43 am Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016. Donna was born Oct. 17, 1930 in Peoria to the late Howard and Maybelle Richardson Goins. She married Jackie L. Stegmaier, her loving husband of 54 years, on Oct. 2, 1958 in East Peoria. He preceded her in death on Feb. 2, 2013. Surviving are 2 sons, Rick David of East Peoria and Mike David of Bartonville; along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Donna was a homemaker and a member of Joy of Jesus Deaf Lutheran Church with Pastor Tom Phillips. Honoring Donna's wishes cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in East Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to OSF Hospice or OSF Children's Hospital of Peoria.
