Obituary Donna J. Flesner Hoffman, 85, of Morton, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born March 22, 1930 in Peoria, IL to Walter B. and Theresa Sweet Flesner. She married Rowland "Poley" R. Hoffman on January 1, 1963. He survives. Also surviving is one daughter, Jerilyn J. Church and her husband Richard "Dick" W. Church; grandchildren Richard "Rick" W. Church II and wife Susan, Jeffery "JT" T. Church and wife Tiffany, Catherine "CJ" J. Church; great-grandchildren Richard "Will" W. Church III, Annie, Allison, Charlie, Sawyer, Sullivan, and Crosby. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Walter Flesner. Donna worked for Ameritech as the manager of Operator Services until her retirement. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Central Illinois Businesswomen's Club. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Grace Presbyterian Church. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Peoria where her funeral service will be held at 11:00A.M. on Thursday, October 22, 2015 with Pastor John Hopwood officiating.
