Obituary PEORIA-Doneita Lynn McDermid, 53, of Peoria passed away at 6:57 am Saturday, November 27, 2010, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born on July 31, 1957 in Peoria to Donald and Norma (Hagaman) Gohring. She married Robert McDermid in Pekin on September 6, 1986. He preceded her in death on May 11, 2002. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Diana Gohring. She is survived by one brother, David Gohring, of Peoria, and one aunt, Gloria McCaw, of Goodfield, IL, and several cousins. According to her wishes, cremation has been accorded and burial will be private at Springdale Cemetery in Peoria. Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory inWashington is assisting the family with arrangements.
