Obituary East Peoria - Dona M. Jaquet, 85, of East Peoria, died at 1:40 PM on Tuesday April 3, 2012 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. She was born September 5, 1926 in Peoria to Marian and Ethel Spring Evans. She married Wallace R. Jaquet on March 29, 1946 in Washington, IL. He survives. Also surviving are two children Thomas Jaquet of Mapleton and Debra (Larry) Scharp of Bartonville. Two brothers; David (Cheryl) Evans of Mississippi and Alan (Bobbie) Evans of Washington, IL. Five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren also survive. Dona was a homemaker and a member of the Caterpillar Stamp Club. There will be a funeral service for Dona on Friday April 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in East Peoria. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service.
