Obituary Dolores A. Hoffmann, 89, of Peoria, passed away at 5:40am, Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Washington Christian Village in Washington. Dolores was born November 19, 1927 in Peoria, to the late Henry N. and Jessie A. Belote Nieukirk. She married Henry W. "Hank" Hoffmann on December 31, 1947 in Peoria; he preceded her in death on March 20, 2007. Surviving are her children, Lynne (Allan) Vogelsang of Sebring, FL and Larry (Dianna) Hoffmann of Big Lake, MN; 4 grandchildren; and 6 six great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Rick Hoffmann; granddaughter, Torrie Reynolds; and 8 siblings. Dolores' funeral will be held at 2:00pm Friday, February 24, 2017 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory, East Peoria. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service Friday. Interment will be at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria. Rev. Dan Lybarger will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to OSF Hospice.
