Obituary Debby Nunley, 66, of Washington, special and beloved daughter of Ray and Edith Garrison Nunley, passed away at 6:17 am Sunday, May 15, 2016 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. She was born Jan. 4, 1950 in Stantonville, TN. Surviving are her twin sisters, Priscilla Brown of Haslet, TX and Patricia (Bill) Poole of Washington and sister, Pamela Kuhnell of Altus, OK; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, James Garrison and Russell Nunley. Her sweet nature and love of life had a profound impact on the lives of all of the people who knew and loved her. Memorials may be made to the National Down Syndrome Society at P.O. Box 4916, New York, NY 10185. Her funeral service will be at 2 pm Tuesday, May 17th at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington with Rev. Richard Hanson officiating. Visitation will be one hour before services. Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
