Connie Lynn Tandy, 72, of Washington, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Carle Health Methodist Hospital.

She was born on November 28, 1951 to the late Lois (Long) and Elmer Osborne in Peoria, IL. She married Terry R. Tandy on July 11, 1969 in Peoria, IL; he survives.

Also surviving is her daughters, Angie Tandy and Tonya (Karl) Ensor of East Peoria; her grandchildren, Justin Ensor of East Peoria, Jadie Ensor of Peoria and Payton Nolen of East Peoria; her great-grandchildren, Lillian Ensor of Pekin, and Sophie Dean of Peoria; her sister, Debbie King of Peoria; her brother, Jerry "Chico" Osborne of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Aldo "Butch" Rossi Jr; and her dog, Bear.

Connie enjoyed spending time with those she loved most. She was a passionate cook who always had a homemade meal ready for her family. In her spare time, she would often be found doing arts and crafts. She will be dearly missed.

Cremation rites will be accorded.
