Clint T. "Skipper" French, 43, of Pekin, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024 in his home at 2:36pm.

Clint was born on November 12, 1980 to Rick and Linda (Son) French in Peoria, IL.

Surviving are his daughter, Rylie (Zell Daniels) French; his girlfriend, Jennifer Broombaugh; Jennifer's children, Jacob Broombaugh and Jessica Mock; his grandchildren, Meilani Daniels,

Stella Broombaugh, Allan Logue and Adaline Fuelbirth; his brothers, Shane (Jana) French and Tommy Son; his dad, Rick French; his uncles, Mike (Mary Ellen) French and Mark French; and his niece and nephew, Austin and Cleopatra French.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda French; and his grandparents, Bert and Bonnie French.

Clint was a CNC operator at Shaffer Machine for 3 years. He was a hardworking man that enjoyed all things outdoors. He had a love for hiking and camping, and would often enjoy a game of disc golf. He was passionate about art and music. Whether it was playing, making, or listening to music he was always finding ways to incorporate it into his life. He even taught his daughter, Rylie, a lot of her musical skills. Clint was loved by the "Boys", his friends and family.

HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.

Memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of the donor's choice.

Cremation rites will be accorded. A celebration of life will be held at Meadow Valley Park (Legion Road) on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 2:00-8:00 pm. The family plans to spread his ashes in the places he loved most.
