Obituary WASHINGTON--Claytie R. Hensley, 90, of Washington, died at 6:15 AM, on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at her residence. She was born on February 11, 1919 in Oak Hill, IL to Frederick and Anna Driscol Smith. She married Charles M. Hensely, Sr. on June 18, 1941 in St. Louis, MO. He preceded her in death on November 3, 1980 in Peoria. Surviving is 1 son, Charles Hensley, Jr. and 1 daughter, Patricia Feathers, both of Washington. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, 4 sisters, and her son-in-law, Bill Feathers. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Oak Hill, IL. The Rev. John Hauck will officiate. Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
