Obituary Cheryl A. "Cheri" Taylor, 70, of Washington, passed away at 5:00pm Monday, August 21, 2017 at her home. She was born October 30, 1946 in Pittsfield to Charles and Wilma Shepherd Duggins. Surviving are her three children, Michelle (Thom) Nobile, Christopher (Teresa) Johnson, and Charles (Michelle) Johnson; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Charles (Judy) Duggins. She was preceded in death by her parents. Cheri was an LPN for 47 years and worked at several area nursing homes. She was also a member of Roland Manor Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00pm Friday, August 25, 2017 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. Inurnment will be at 11:00am Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Pittsfield West Cemetery in Pittsfield. Cremation rites have been accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Illinois Cancer Care Foundation.
