Obituary Charlotte Jean Lynch Royer, 59, of Washington, IL, died at 2:30 pm Sunday, October 16, 2011 at her home. Born on April 7, 1952 in Canton, IL, to Clifton Walker and Eva Margaret David Lynch, She married Rodney Gene Royer on September 25, 1971 in Havana, IL. He survives. Surviving are 2 daughters, Heather Ranae Graf of Mackinaw, IL and Aimee Nicole Royer of Washington, IL, 6 grandchildren, Martin William Thompson, Jr., Zackariah Cole Thompson, Anastazia Marie Graf, and Victoria Alice Graf All of Mackinaw, IL and Isaiah Nathanielle Royer and Robert Edmund Berry, II, both of Washington, IL. She also left behind 4 sisters and 2 brothers, Barbara N. Hopps of Petersburg, IL, William H. Lynch of Gulfport, MS, Andrea R. Garvin of Havana, IL, Kathy M. Bennett of Sherman, IL, Craig A. Lynch of Springfield, IL, and Julie L. Towe of Alburnett, IA, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother. Charlotte worked as an Administrative Assistant at Gold's Gym in Bloomington, IL for 7 years, before retiring due to health problems. Services will be at 10 am Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Deiters Funeral Home in Washington. Pastor Ralph Bauer will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
