Obituary East Peoria - Carolyn J. Booth, 90 of East Peoria, died at 5:00 AM Wednesday January 11, 2012 at Proctor Hospital in Peoria. She was born July 30, 1921 in Rankin, IL to Harley O. and Vada B. Coplea Todd. She married Hubert W. Booth on March 11, 1939 in Peoria. He preceded her in death in 1988 in East Peoria. Also preceding her in death were one son Gary "Bud" Booth and one daughter Judy Dollar. Carolyn is survived by three daughters; Pat Kerr of Rome, IL, Bonnie (Harold) Kroll of Wilmer, Alabama and Carol Sue Forrer of East Peoria. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren and one sister Abby Heppe of Springfield, IL. She retired from International Paper in Peoria after several years of work. She was a kind, gentle woman, always doing things for others. She loved spending time with her family. Cremation will be accorded. There will be a 2PM graveside service Friday January 13, 2012 at Fondulac Cemetery. Pastor John King will officiate.
