Obituary Bruce M. Wagner, 56, of Peoria, died at 5:01 am Thursday, July 29, 2010 at his home. He was born February 24, 1954 in Peoria, IL to Melvin J. and Phyllis J. (Ewing) Wagner. He married Dwan "Dee" (Bridgman) Klusman on May 16, 1998 in Brimfield, IL. She survives. Also surviving are his parents of Peoria; 5 children, Lee (Barb) Wagner of Bartonville, Luke (Amanda) Wagner of Kansas, Logan Wagner of Tremont, Samantha (William) Howe of Brimfield and Naketa (Ryan) Frasco of Peoria; 4 brothers, Gary (Linda) Wagner of Washington, IL, Phillip (Delpha) Wagner of Corpus Christi, TX, Dan Wagner and Andy Wagner both of Peoria; 1 sister, Janice (Ed) Cooper of Texas and 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, Lyndon J. and Isaac T. Bruce was an over the road truck driver for over 24 years and also had owned and operated B & D Trucking of Brimfield with his wife Dee. He enjoyed horseback riding and was fascinated by airplanes, attending numerous air shows and museums. Bruce was seldom seen without his cowboy hat and boots. His funeral will be at 7:00 pm Monday August, 2, 2010 at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in East Peoria. OSF Hospice Chaplain Mary Jo Zacher will officiate. Cremation will be performed following the funeral. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.
