Obituary Beulah Fern "MiMi" Hance, 84, of East Peoria, IL, died at 8:00 pm Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Rosewood Care Center in East Peoria, IL. Born on June 5, 1926 in Olney, IL to David I. and Effie M. Thomas Scherer, she married Paul Hance on December 20, 1947 in Olney. He preceded her in death on May 12, 1985. She was also preceded in death by a half brother, Kenneth Romack. Surviving are 3 daughters, Brenda (Charles) Penney of Benicia, CA, and Cynthia (Andy) Anderson and Gail (Michael) Ball, both of Cape Coral, FL, 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 am Saturday, January 30, 2011 at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. Pastor Jim Gorby will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be private at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in rural Morton.
