Arthur "Art" Tattersall, 91, of Mackinaw, passed away at 11:21am Monday, May 20, 2024 at Snyder Village Health Center in Metamora.

Art was born on March 2, 1933 at home in Chicago Heights, IL to the late Edna (Remalard) and William Tattersall.  He married Marjorie Bourscheidt on July 12, 1975 in Peoria, IL.  She survives.

Also surviving is his son, Timothy (Karen) Tattersall; his daughter, Ja-nice (Jay) Pearson; his grandson, William (Amy) Tattersall; and his 2 great-grandchildren, Samuel and Grace Tattersall.  He was preceded in death by three brothers; and a daughter, Nikia Lopeman.

Art was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Metamora.  He was a member of the Heart of Illinois Ultralight Club, the National Street Rod Association and the Pekin RC Club.  Art enjoyed his hobbies and spending time with his pets and family.  He will be dearly missed.

Cremation has been accorded.  Inurnment was at Resurrection Cemetery in Peoria, IL.  Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington has assisted the family with arrangements.
