Obituary EAST PEORIA - Agnes McQueen Theobald, 92, a longtime resident of East Peoria, died at 12:25 am Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Hallmark House in Pekin. She was born on November 20, 1919 in Glasgow, Scotland to William H. and Margaret L. Denney Rae. She married Milo W. Theobald on June 16, 1942 in Peoria, IL. He preceded her in death on October 31, 2005. Surviving are 3 sons, Wayne (Mary) Theobald of Peoria, Russell Theobald of East Peoria, and Neil (Sheona) Theobald of Bloomington, 1 daughter, Joyce (Larry) Woltzen of Pekin, 6 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 1 brother, William Rae of Peoria. She was preceded in death by 1 son, Dale, 1 granddaughter, Julie Woltzen, and 1 brother. Agnes retired from Community Bank of East Peoria in 1992. She worked there for 30 years and was the head teller. Agnes loved sewing and knitting and made much of her children's clothing. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Clover Leaf Chapter 1002. Agnes was also a member of Faith United Methodist Church in East Peoria. Services will be at 2 pm Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in East Peoria. Pastor Russell Theobald will officiate. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.
