Born on May 19, 1924 in Monmouth, IL to Lester and Susie McKeague Spence, she married her husband of 63 years, Tommie H. Hagan. He survives. Also surviving is her son Tommie L. Hagan of Washington and daughter, Pamela Hagan of Tampico, IL; and 2 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Spence. There will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in East Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements.
