He was born on December 10, 2008 in Peoria, IL. Andrew is survived by his mother, Erica Hoover, and 3 brothers, Ashton Marett, Anthony Hoover, and Jacob Kemper, Jr., all of East Peoria; his maternal grandparents, Michael and Donna Hoover of East Peoria; his great grandparents, Norm and Jean Hoover of Henry, IL; his uncle, Daniel Hoover of East Peoria, and his aunt, Angie Hoover of Pekin. A funeral service will be held at 6 PM on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at Glad Tidings Assembly of God in East Peoria. The Rev. Fred Doughty will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Thursday at the church. Cremation rites will be accorded following services.
