She was born August 14, 1925 in Seattle, WA, daughter of Ted and Martha (Lull) Parry. She married John “Jack” Edwards of Traverse City, MI, who preceded her in death on August 25, 1985. Shirley is survived by her sons John (Kathy) of Florence, AZ and Paul (Christine) of Washington, IL.; grandchildren, Matt, Jennifer, Jessica; Joshua, Rachal and Jordan; great grandchildren Amanda, Kristyn, Leo, Cora, Audrey and Calvin, and her special friend, Margaret Wilson and sister Muriel Forrey of Renton, Washington. According to her wishes there will no visitation or services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington, IL is assisting the family with arrangements.
