Marilyn Rose Kissinger, 90, of Washington, passed away at 10:20 pm Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017 at Reflections of Washington.
She was born Sept. 4, 1927 in Peoria to Frank and Pearl Ayres Coy. They both preceded her in death along with her step-father, Clarence Jordan. She married Bernard Kissinger in Peoria on Aug. 1, 1945. He survives.
Also surviving are 3 children, Terry Kissinger of TN, Karen (Stanley) Smock of Washington, Glenn (Darlene) Kissinger of Chillicothe; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
Marilyn worked at Methodist Hospital and the Visiting Nurses Program. She enjoyed spending time at home with her family and traveling with her husband in RV Caravans. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, and had season tickets for the Bradley Braves for over 70 years and was also a member of the Bradley Braves Club.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bradley Braves Club, or Alzheimer's Association.

Her funeral service will be at 11 am Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018 at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. Visitation will be one hour before services at the funeral home. Burial will be at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
